Ive just spent about the same on some engine mods for my Sti which was dyno'd at 384bhp/324lbft. stevmo3691 Posted March 13, 2010 Author Share Posted March 13, 2010 now scoobs ain't the prettiest but that ones nicely chaved up... just needs some stickers now... you've put me right off buying one, that and the propensity to sh~t no4 piston and cr#p bearings It has got stickers if you look closely thats just shot yourself in the foot all i've accomplished in week 1 is change my idle control valve. how shiv is that?need to get an overhaul kit for my RS2K front brakes as the rubbers have gone now (typical)tomorrow collecting new wheels and rear lights so only change likely tomorrow will be new wheels fitted (maybe) and new rear lights (def)monday will see the service work done and exhaust, and if time steering wheeltuesday will see stereo done and with luck the RS2K front brakes.wednesday will see suspension done, sitting a nice 30 mm lower and strut brace fittedthursday will see the sills sanded and re-undersealed as they have surface rust showing which i dont want. stevmo3691 Posted March 14, 2010 Author Share Posted March 14, 2010 lexus lights are nasty. the ones you have on are fine mate black lexus lights only cost few quid and if i dont like them i'll stick up for sale again or on ebay. i need to re-do the tint on the lights on there anyway as theres a piece of cat fur on one and runs on another and tiny reaction too. use the lexus ones till i get them re-done and sell on whichever i like least trial and error but i think it looks odd with aftermarket headlights and side repeaters and tinted standard rear lights. just dont match up.
