Lee R
nice car, you done a thread on ur golf? nah mate, most Escort (or indeed Ford) blinkered people 'think' they are boring and bland, which they are faaaar from. To be fair, it doesnt deserve a thread really, i've only had it remapped with a CAI and new DV, and lowered it....
LiamGTR
Can;t believe you got rid of the RS7's...twice! ...., especially for what you replaced them with aswell, just my opinion.

dawes
just a couple of questions lee...what made you pick an estate??did you lighten it at all?? as standard scorts are heavy i presume that estates are heavier?!?do you know what it looks like now?? last i heard the owner was stripping it to bare shell..?? isnt there times you wished you kept it?? youll br back on a scort soon..youve tried resisting..ie the saab didnt stay standard for long did it? lol!take "uncle mikeys advice" mk5 rs. I picked an estate to a) be a bit different, and b) for practicality didnt lighten it. It's in car heaven now as far as I know Sometimes, and only sometimes I wish i'd kept it, but not often. If I ever get back into an Escort, it'll be a runaround which would never be modded. Saab didnt stay long because of a few money hicups, now that car I regret selling evey day. Si, you never 'RELIVE' a dream , besides, it was far from a dream I'm older, wiser and now realise what a silly boy I was to spunk over 10k into what was, essentially, an old Escort estate. 50% regret, 50% good memories Look into EVO's history, I was one of the biggest Escort lovers, with the most narrowest Ford blinkers on. The Saab made me realise there really is more to life than Ford's, let alone Escorts. Rotty, standard RS what? thats the same reason i bought the estate, im thinking of sticking an rs2000 engine in mine too after joining escortevolution i now relise im not the first to do this but there are some awsome looking estates on here, i just hope mine lives up to them when its finished
