Stu
The tacho is driven by the ECU/EDIS module.. so you'll have to sort something out on that (eg, fit a CVH tacho perhaps - there are options).. The EEC-IV switches the starter.. fuel pump.. and a bunch of stuff you no longer have as you've changed engines.
reid
Well after aload of help from Stu and Dubs, the engines fitted, plumbed in and running. i was getting seriously close to giving up on it until today. now ive got a whole new lease of life and will be working on it anytime i get a second until i go on holiday. got the s2 radiator which i'll fit 2moro, also gonna strip most of the engine bay back out (except the engine) and get all the wires taped up and out the way, get the intercooler fitted the way i want it and get allthe other wee things done. then i'll be tearing into the bodywork and the interior, the end is in sight now!
