Weds plan is change air con condenser, blue silicone hoses with mk3 expansion tank and maybe start on exhaust manifolds Got to wait till I'm working again to afford new discs and pads for the AP 4 pots and new brembo ones to go with the freshly reurbished and powder coated rears (sand blasted, new seals and powder coated silver with delivery to my door and collected from me aswell for £60 - bargain or what)Going to have the back bumper off as well as drivers side side skirt to a) deal with rust from arch and b) replace the front wing with replacement I have.The blue stickers are coming off, the lower section of rear bumper is going to be painted in ford graphite grey to match front bits and to not draw too much attention to poor cutting round exhaust (I will be having tips replaced at some stage to suit the ST200 back bumper I have) and will be fitting colour coded rub strips I obtained from breakers yard. Interior parts that were amparo blue will go panther black however engine bay parts are remaing amparo just to give them more visual clout when you open the bonnet however I am adding a oil catch tank (one I bought for the mk1), just gotta find somewhere to put it Have also wired in mk1 ghia x sunvisor with slide over covers for mirror rather than the brittle mk2 flap design and wiring for the mk3 auto dip rear view mirror (got this when I got mk3 ghia x interior to fit which is currently on ebay) Edited January 10, 2012 by stevmo3691 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I am intrigued as to how on this site every comment on my car is a negative/insulting comment yet every other site its positive remarks. Even if you don't like my car you can word response better. I for one am not celebrating yet another topic of yours (why?!) on a car that is essentially scrap. I honestly dont think that anyone expected to see this car off the road, in pieces, SORN'd, rotten and keyed after the way you've been going on about it. Harsh? Maybe.Negative? No, just realistic. Yes we can all see you're putting effort in but usually when people don't like something their brain says well just don't post, but unfortunately you're your own worse enemy, there's been way too many ridiculous statements and debates about ridiculous performance and street racing, your massively over defensive (I should know cause I am too), you've got everyone's back up and your taste is unique which most appear, on here at least, to dislike. Id only hope the drivers side pipe is a fake. though if it isn't then the fact its set to far back would go some way to explaining why you've done what you have to that car and don't see why you shouldn't have. exhaust gas inhalation can cause all kind of mental issues.
