bluliz Posted February 4, 2006 Share Posted February 4, 2006 Well the First Update of Weekend Two. got to Ralph's at about 4:20, and started helping him clean his orions engine bay. Muzz and Ben turn up at about Seven. got food at about 8ish. then got a taxi to River Bar, £1 for vodka Redbull, budget vodka. had a tequlia Slammer for £1, felt sick. Ben had three. waited for Taxi, saw loads of modded cars, and the only one we got to give it some and spin the wheels was a MK2 escort mexico owner. also saw a Civic drive in to a bollard in reverse. taxi back to Ralphs, which involved telling a a 206 driver to go to Meatspin.com, then Poker untill about Half two. Ralph was up early, fcuk that. lol i got up at about half 10. walked out side, looked at car, FCUK puncture. went to ATS, yeah 15-20 minute wait. went to get food from over the road, and saw another tyre place, spoke to the blokeand got it sorted straight away by them, Aylesford Tyre Centre i think. Repaired for a tenner ATS = Amature Tyre Services. got back to Ralph's slid the ending out the wheel arch of the orion. and then started work on the driveshafts, while Muzz and Ben went to watch the Rugby. bluliz Posted February 5, 2006 Share Posted February 5, 2006 well i got a text from Muzz at 15:25 saying they has just taken the engine out of the 3dr. all that needs to be done today is get the engine in the orion, mainly so that Ralph can get the rest done on his own, and so he doens thave to rent the engine crane for a third weekend. The engine is indeed out of the black one, however there are different engine mounts to the gearbox's which menas these need to be changed, unfortunately we didn't manage to get that far today (Removed one box though ).
