The wheels shouldn't need spacing out with the correct offset of wheel. At least not much anyway. Those arches are ideal for fitting wheels of Supra/Skyline fitment and should fill out nicely.

Wheels will be RAYS/Volk Racing TE37 in black with Bayside blue lip 19x9 or possibly even 19x10, will have to take a closer look on that one though, lots to consider.

How far away from being drivable is it? Well, theoretically I could fit transmission, plumb in the engine, electrics, brakes etc and it would be driving.

But in my case, get the engine out, measure a few things up, do anything else that needs doing, then send it off to have the cage of all cages installed, then spray the inside and the engine bay, get the cage painted in black, then send it off to Pro Alloy for various bits and pieces. Got a few ideas in the pipeline, but exactly what will come of it will be decided over winter and the tinkering that's gonna be done and plans to be made.

Then get it back and start installing the new engine, then fit new brakes, suspension, totally redesign the interior and start on all the carbon and other bits and pieces to finish it off.

When do I think it will be ready? I'm aiming for summer 2010, which I think should be doable, but it's a tall order, lots and lots of plans

The rear wheels most probably look off centre as the back is jacked up so high at the moment. When it comes down they will move to the centre of the arch.

As above

It looks better on a flat surface, or better still on a slope in the opposite direction. It should look just about spot on with wheels that fill the arches and lowered
