Mike C Posted April 27, 2009 Author Share Posted April 27, 2009 Yeah very pleased, just want to get the next few stages out of the way so that the shell itself is effectively complete barring all the fixtures and fittings. Once that's out of the way there's light on the end of the tunnel. But going to be switching to all STi 9 (or around there) running gear, including all the suspension set-up, hubs, driveshafts etc), so plenty to do, but it should be well upto standard then. Magazine features will come for sure, but not really doing it for that reason. Although I always like seeing my own cars or people I know's cars in the mags. Mike C Posted May 5, 2009 Author Share Posted May 5, 2009 Roof will be paid for on Monday, then it'll be as long as it takes to create the mould and make the roof etc. Won't be long. Won't actually be fitted to the car for quite a while as lots to do before then, but will place it in position for a few pics when I get it. Mike C Posted May 6, 2009 Author Share Posted May 6, 2009 It was an awesome idea, and I wouldn't want anything else for a front bumper for it. In fact, the whole kit will be an Evolution of the original. The front bumper, rear bumper and skirts are all the same, just adapted to suit the arches.
