Carl160180
Few members know about this but i've never had any pics to stick a topic up till now. On my way to work wednesday morning about 2 mins from the garage I work at and a 03 range rover vouge pulls out on me from a sideroad, locked up and because the roads were damp smashed into his driver side rear door/sill/wheel. Bent the back axle on the range rover and did this to my car http://www.doonshields.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/01102007201.jpghttp://www.doonshields.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/01102007202.jpghttp://www.doonshields.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/01102007203.jpghttp://www.doonshields.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/01102007204.jpghttp://www.doonshields.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/01102007205.jpg Looks worse in the pics, mostly cosmetical damage apart from the fact that my 3 month old modded van arm is bent like buggery, anti-roll bar drop link bent/snapped. need's a bumper, bonnet, wing, partial inner wing, passenger side wing where the bonnet was pushed over and the hinges pushed the passenger wing out at the top only thing i'm pi**ed off about really is the morette, i've got another set but they're on my Si and the lamps are still intact!!!! (bloody good these lamps Pete eh! ) so if anyone has a mk6 drivers side morette lamp casing and backing plate give me a shout please Other driver has admitted fault although he did'nt at the scene until the polics turned up, he tried to accuse me of speeding even tho I had 3 witnesses who all said it was him to blame!!! On the up side tho i've been offered a full mk6 r reg LX rear end damage to rob for bits for this for £60 just waiting to here back from the other guys insurance company to see how much they're gonna pay out as what with the age of the car it'll be a write off. Another plus side is that the badboy bonnet got totalled which will be to a few members liking and TBH I was thinking of swapping it for a standard one anyway Edited October 1, 2007 by Carl160180

Carl160180
Should see the satate of the range rover's back axle. So much for them begin a solid car, he could'nt move his after I'd hit it, I drove mine round the corner to work mind the tyre was rubbing on the arch Oh and guess what, the airbag did'nt go off, neither did the drivers side seatbelt tensioner BUT the bloody passenger side tensioner went off and there was no one in the passenger seat
