geordie_aaron
FED up of wasting money/time on friggin' IDIOTS making up conditions of cars, despite "are you sure everything you've said is true and there's nothing else because i'm sick going to look at a car for it to be a banger" i know i'm asking alot for a ~£1100 car but i've had to free alot of cash up the last few weeks and need to start recouping it (despite now being on the look out for a Siberian Husky pup) so ebay/autotrader/pissonheads/gum tree....anywhere else>? MarkyMark
Ive been looking around for a while, wanted a decent estate or a van fo work purposes, theres not alot of good cars for around your budget. They are out there but you have to be prepared to look constantly because when they do turn up they dont stick around for very long. I spotted a 1998 Audi A6 1.8 turbo white estate, FSH, 91K, tax/mot etc the other day for £1250ono. New advert late saturday, got up 8am the following morning, phoned the guy and it had just been sold Im the same as you, cant stand sellers ,making cars sound better than they are, went to look at a 53 plate picasso, 54k, 1 owner, FSH etc, the guy told me all it needed was a trim to the drivers door and the fuel cap spraying up, little ding in the front wing for the bargain price of £1500. Got there and the interior was full of cig burns, all seats and it stunk, the windows were stained, i was not happy and told the seller exactly what i thought of his bullshite. The best second hand cars have been lost to the scrappage scheme all thats left now is rubbish
