RyanML Posted October 28, 2007 Share Posted October 28, 2007 oh dear, if thats true, i feel for ya, but i really cant see how the stereo flew out and hit u in the ribs? thats a bizarre thing to happen in my eyes when me and my mate was in an accident last year, we got rear ended and pushed into the car in front and the cd player flew out and hit my mate (the driver) in the leg, but it wasnt fitted right. if this is all true, gutting. Not disputing the rear ending as the pics show it, but hitting the windscreen with your seatbelt on, balls, the headunit hitting you in the chest, again balls IMO its just a bit too farfetched. Even the tax disc came out of the holder, there are NO skidmarks, ive been in agony all day and the police said she hit me at a minimum 30mph. Yes, considering he was at a standstill... as Cargy said, if you were parked on the kerb how come only the N/S is damaged??? Can we have pics of the whole car rather than just the damaged corner?? As, IMO, that damage seem's a little to 'low' if you know what i mean. Also these Focus ST170's must be really Fcuking hard, as her car is fucked. All you seem to need is a backbox,tailgate and bumper. I also would'nt of thought if she hit you as hard as you say she did, why did'nt the back window pop???
