Age: 19

Car: escort 1.8 ghia x 5 door

Insurance: £1000 ish with 1 yrs ncb, 1 accident (20k claim), 1 named driver with 4 yrs ncb, kept on driveway, limited mileage etc.

Adrian Flux got my insurance down to just over a grand when previous year with all same details bar the 1 yrs ncb and bein a rover 214sei (lower insurance group) cost £2000.

Ironically the cost of insuring a rover 620ti (200bhp 2.0 turbo one) was cheaper with most companies than the slower, less powerful, more common (therefore cheaper to repair) escort?? and ALOT cheaper than the n/a honda 2.0 powered 620sli (bout £800) WHERE'S THE LOGIC!!!!!!
